Entrepreneurship is not for everyone. Now i get it. Only the strong survive. You are where you are as a result of your best thinking, change your thinking and your life will change. You do have to be taking action. Consistent action.
This shit ain’t easy, this whole thing of being an entrepreneur, working for yourself, working from anywhere, the hustle never stops, yes – you trying to make money online, building a business, even the stuff i sell is not always easy for everyone, some people reach success faster than ever….
i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…

I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it absolutely was far more interesting, intriquing, notable and valuable than my days around the streets with the kids i knew growing up. You gotta hustle as if you are lacking time, money, resources, by simply getting shit done.
One “hack” i use on myself - is making a a feeling of urgency and accumulating in my mind the scariest thing that may happen basically don’t get this shit done.
The more intensity you could have within yourself, your small business that pressure drives you to either notice a amount of friction or fulfillment, in either case it adds fuel towards the hustling power.
Back to persistence, your degree of persistence when shit doesn’t exercise determine how far you go, there's really absolutely no way it is possible to accept failure and quit, i've failed 10x more than i've succeeded, i suppose it’s not sexy to inform how frequently you fail, but i’ll inform you now every single successful entrepreneur we have met failed more times than they have won, the’ve lost more money than they usually make…
Hustling needs to be section of your daily life, i had been very blessed and still am to be encompassed by those who have believed in me, which has also increased me believing in myself more. One time i had been speaking to a buddy / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s a big deal) and i also remember just hearing him complimenting on my hustle and i could sense in himself which he believes as to what i’m doing. (In those days, i never even met him face-to-face!)

Having the right people surrounding you re-enforces, re-invigorates, re-emphasises that you're doing what's right, in the correct time.
Attaining success isn't necessarily easy, specially when you are new and getting started, it takes a lot of dedication, focus, attention and you also should be a person that is centered on self growth. Doing work Doubly harder on myself, in my mind i then do in my business.
Mindset to approaching things is more important than just the method that you take action, mindset results in using a strategic mindset to harness your unique capacity to create maximum results.

When i was a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally stumbled across started in this industry i needed more setbacks than most people, i had dropped outta university during my final year, friends and family laughing at the fact that i would like to get rich working from home…
I immediateley got into around $40,000 worth of debt as i bought right into a $20k multi-level marketing program then went on a rampage of purchasing every-and-any-damn course on the internet marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your degree of pain threshold will determine business energy since it means you won't give up when things get tough, and oh boy - they are going to.
The first 6 figures will be tough. A 7 figures will be tough. Your first 8 figures is going to be tough less then where i'm at risk of now, however i possess a strong fist that i'm punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i am. A few of my challenges i face are only so damn ridiculous, and i know most average people wouldn't normally be also capable of comprehend it, but i use a compelling “Why” and a vision which gets me thru the cruel times. Be sure to have your own personal compelling future which will drive you forward even when you think all is not working out.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(
Money doesn’t build your life perfect. How much of an awakening…
Does this exist, sometimes when i really do live events the ones come up to me, instantly they place me on the pedestal as though i’m some perfect guy, one guy even said to me i’m just like a God to him. * i wanted to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people over a pedestal. What you put on a pedestal is always gonna be over the budget.
Don’t idolise people. Since they're just people
Simply because individuals have a lot of things better than you, doesn’t mean they are supposed to be placed on something using this world, they are still in this world, and it’s feasible for you too. Once i meet immensely successful people i quickly just determine if i'd like what they've got, i simply gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised this event is just a journey, your trip, my journey, everyone is on the journey, i respect everyone, not really a millionaire or perhaps a billionaire however the guy who got pitched by his uncle to become listed on Amway, or some other MLM and is attempting to recruit his friends and family. I applaud you to have the guts to step into the fierce world of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down upon anyone, unless they are shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m exactly like my amazing maid that comes to my home having a beautiful smile to wash once per week, i just do different things, that’s all.
Anyway to my point, i will be still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles about what i’m i doing, how i’m i doing it, all that stuff.
You're always going to become human, which means you will always involve some shit not work out, personally last Half a year was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m taking care of my health, and my company and my vision.
That’s what life is.
Working with, scratch that - FIGHTING the difficulties, hahahah!
My entire life isn't dictated due to the fact much cash i make or even the desire to simply have numbers, it’s the experiences, the freedom, a chance to post you - i want to begin to build schools to support orphans, i actually do some stuff like that, but it’s not enough i want to give more back.
You can’t profit the poor if you are one of them this little bit of wisdom continues to be tied to me for some time.
So long as I am learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to others along this “temporary” Journey called life… I understand I’m in which I have to be.
Money is just one element of one’s life you will find, it’s important - however, not the main, well that’s debatable according to your personal values of hierarchy.
Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.
Momentum Gets You Results
Focus on gaining momentum, yes - there are programs, systems that can help you get results within 30-90 days, but sometimes it will lead you longer, so bloody stick to it.
Success isn't something just get up and get, it’s something you require to operate your ass off for, it’s something 90% of the population don’t do and that’s why they suffer from debt and are usually broke and lacking money, that leads to some fear-based, scarcity minded existence.
I give myself 30-90 days for just about any business to achieve momentum, but don't forget we have spent more cash alone education to understand what i do compared to inexperienced will most likely earn in the lifetime.
This really is one of the greatest killers of success that i'm responsible for it too, now i recently don’t do just about anything else basically can’t commit 90+ days into it.
Lesson 4 : The skill of Keeping Money & My Ridiculous “I Deserve A Slap” $30,000 Each month Spending Habit
It’s don't assume all dandy-candy, When investing in the puzzles nailed down and You’ll begin to make a lot of money after you get momentum - yes, more cash than you ever made before….
More income than all your family, friends, cousins, relatives assembled - when you do this, or can i say prior to deciding to accomplish that, you need to ALWAYS know this….
Always know the difference between Gross, Net and how much it is possible to re-invest. My costs have sometimes gone up to $200,000 per month.
It’s scary, initially it's - then you definitely become accustomed to it - and also the only stuff that matters is keeping those funds.

I'd just discovered out i just was spending $30,000 each month / £20,000 each month on stuff, stuff i've nothing to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and i don’t even see myself as someone who is materialistic, go figure…
we have no clue why i had been spending that, or the actual way it accumulated to date, after Six months of ridiculous over spending, after doing accounts again - i obtained slapped up and woken up. You can forget.
I don’t like budgeting because it kinda defies the aim of why i’m in operation, however i see the power, value and intelligence behind it and thus now things are changing
It accumulates and could be detrimental to ones success, i remember when i was initially a newbie and i also had made my first six figures - the initial a couple of years all the money i'd made,i had blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging with the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) within my Barclays Banking account. That sucked.
I remember thinking though - i’ll get this to back and more, because…
I've a SPECIAL DEEP Relationship WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And i learn how to market.
Still, the year after i did so being a million bucks in sales.

That reminds me, on the subject of having money, hire competent people who can manage your numbers, you have to often be taking a look at your numbers, each day - multiple times each day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and developing a team provides you with freedom, but also plenty of damn headache, stress, worry, problems when they aren’t the right person of course, if you aren’t the right type of person to handle them.
Ultimately Delegation continues to be among my biggest techniques to success, over a typical day i would spend 30-90 mins e-mailing my list, yes i e-mail everyday.
Each email will probably be worth around $10,000 to me, so i spend some time crafting that e-mail. I can’t delegate this, nor will i wish to - we have influence of these subscribers and clients and i also respect them too much to ever outsource this.
Some of my subscribers have been beside me since i have was a newbie. lol.
Several years.
Virtually, anything else is delegated, i don’t pay my own, personal bills, open my letters, structure my live events, book my flights or hotels etc.
Well, it absolutely was like this for the last 4 years - now i’m systemising everything much more that less individuals are involved and many more is delegated.
Give attention to owning a lean, mean profit machine. Cut the fat off and concentrate on high leverage tasks, clients, processes, systems, people, marketing along with your marketplace.

I see people begin and get noticed of the industry, well i did previously when i heard others, lol, now i truly don’t much. My attention remains safe and secure so i stay focused on who i would like / must serve.
Being a personality on the web is something i learned from Dan Kennedy in the past.
Present with people is magical, whether its offline or online, practice being PRESENT plus the minute meaning - log off the damn Facebook and social media marketing and obtain practising being present, the best relationships that i have built and continue building is because i'm always as being a TED rather than a THING (because of Jesse Elder for teaching this bit of wisdom to me!)
Concentrate on being thinking about others, than attempting to be interesTING and lengthy attention, presence and energy to other people whenever you communicate, it’s hard, but very worthwhile, specifically if you have a big ego. just FYI

You’ll often be learning, so i embrace this along time ago. As opposed to going thru courses and programs and training (which i still do btw) i've found owners and masters of topics i would like to learn and do “Mini Brain Exchanges”….
And then that learning becomes something i fill my days with.

I spend SOOOOOOOO a lot of time alone, i don’t find lots of people do this. And when i’m alone i would often walk approximately random strangers, usually older people and talk to them, give them attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they could share with me.
It can make life easier.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to others doesn’t lengthy mind and brain an opportunity to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone with yourself without distractions provides you with the opportunity clear your mind, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively and more efficiently. Damn, consider this - this website post takes me like 3 hours to write and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, spending time alone can be a beautiful thing hardly any people understand. I know must be lot of individuals will always inform me - why do you travel alone ? lol.
Since I travel the planet 90% of that time period on my own, i'm able to meet strangers, i have confidence to spark a conversion with anyone and everyone at any moment therefore i don’t must be lonely easily don’t wish to.
And incredibly i really like my very own company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Spending some time alone, with a notepad- journal - offline, without the internet and in “Real Life”, walk around, spend more time with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, this is when breakthru’s, clarity of thinking hails from, no less than for me personally anyway.
Pray. (if that’s your lifestyle!)
I go Mosque up to i can, sometimes as a result of my travelling i can’t, but i’ll take a prayer mat and pray - within my hotel room.
But i always invest some time in deep prayer.
Once i go thru challenges, frustrations and problems in everyday life - i do seek coaching, guidance and wisdom from others, yet i do spend time on myself usually afterwards to analyse, get clarity and acquire my mojo on
I realised spending some time alone, i recieve to essentially develop my clear thinking with techniques that i don’t do when I’m with friends, business peeps, family, i gotta escape and invest some time by myself.
Or perhaps that’s my excuse for seeing a different country on a monthly basis. lol.
Obtain a simple or a fancy journal having a fancy pen, go take the $50 over a pen and are proud of writing about your lifetime, your challenges, your primary goal, visions, and dreams. Your life worth living is really a life worth recording.
Lesson 9 : Continuous Self Purchasing Your brain
You don’t must be incredibly wise to do this, although i proclaim to my little brother as i’m a GENIUS, you truly don’t must be super smart or hav university degrees, i mean take a look at me - i dropped outta university now i operate a multi big business, with that being said - i'm a student and i remember my friend Mike Dillard founder, elevation group stating that one of the most successful people in the entire world will be the those who invest by themselves.
Damn, this piece of advice makes me waste more money on myself than many people even earn, and that’s not to brag - it’s tell you how committed i will be to my growth.
This coming year alone i’ve probably going to attend events / masterminds worth at least $100k+.

Naturally the harder results you get, the greater confidence you'll get in your abilities, inside your communication, your posture and the way you carry yourself.
However, you'll want it in your thoughts ALREADY and live confidently to draw what you would like.
I seriously couldn’t offer a toss what anyone thinks about me, they are doing their thing, i’ll do mine. I don’t compare myself to anyone, tonight i’m meeting a billionaire for lunch.
However, these are just people and i appreciate, respect what they do and where they're at, but that don’t mean i’m any smaller than them. When you originate from that place in places you own your greatness and you're in deep appreciation of who you are without every one of the “stuff”….
Then you turn into a little magical ball of awesomeness.
Once i started choosing i can do a few things i want on this industry, i broke records, became top earner, charged more money for services than someone else, altered the landscape for various aspects and helped many individuals acquire more results as compared to other things.
Probably the most successful people i understand also appear to have probably the most amount of self-confidence, self-confidence - you prefer yourself a lot contributes to self esteem which ends up in someone taking more action then believing in themselves then
When you're aligned with your highest values you're confident. Confidence is sexy. Confidence attracts people to you that have their shit together.
Be it, develop it, live it and encourage others with your confidence. Lesson 11 : Oh, Uh - No, No No Sunshine! Don’t Hire Friends & Family…
Hire Just a Players, that old rule of hiring and outsourcing stuff - hire slow, fire fast is what you need to live and eat.
I have probably made more mistakes than i can count, employing friends, family, firing then re-hiring exactly the same people, arghhhhhhhh.
You have to develop yourself and the team during this process, some won’t be growing as fast as you, provide them with time, nurture them and help them grow and when it’s time - you'll be able to grow apart or you can keep them on.
Although i've generated huge amounts of money within this industry for myself, i will tell you i’ve probably lost more as a result of hiring a bad people. I've experienced a number of anxiety, craziness, worry because of the wrong people that i have hired and i’ve hired many.
Lol.
My new stuff that i learned is always to Recruit Talent, rather than Developing it.
You just gotta smile, learn, embrace this and move forward with the learning’s, i’ve started learning much more about building teams, after all i still generated around $5 Million in sales during the last 4-5 years using a very tiny team - lower than 5 people.
They helped to access stage 1, doesn’t mean they will help you get to stage 2. This is challenging to get, individuals will not grow as soon as you, plus you've got to become ok with that, you gotta be happy with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.
Within the next 5-7 years, I would like to build various businesses and stay within the $100million mark. I’ll do that (I’A)

Lesson 12 : Not Giving A Crap About What Anyone Says Or Thinks…
Developing “Thick Skin” is probably the greatest assets you can have in life as well as in business, when you're not phased by competition, what others consider you, what others say, whoever they're, you commence and live from your host to owning your greatness.
I welcome criticism / feedback, but it never affects me, people see the entire world since they are much less the world since it is.
My industry, the little Internet Marketing / Network Marketing / Home Business Industry absolutely rocks, it will help people become real personal development powerhouses and when anyone really sticks from it, it has the potential to help people make huge amount of money.
Oh company, its immensely profitable and this allows you to produce a true residual income should you do the job properly. Yes, autopilot income or whatever other “Insert Hype Word Here” kinda income exists with the multilevel marketing arena.
so many will say shit like, erm there’s no such thing as residual income or home business sucks etc….
I couldn’t care less - i redesign multiple 6 figures PASSIVELY - yes, handsfree income, in one home business opportunity that so many people talked down on.
And with that one program, i’ve generated a cool $1.One million in commissions.

Many people on this industry can look down at MLM’s / Multi-level marketing / Direct Sales business models and possess some sort of stupid viewpoint with this, it’s soo stupid and backwards.
Even Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump have talked about when they would begin from scratch they might get into the joy of Multi-level marketing.
But, returning to the stupid people with stupid views….

2) they joined one when they was young and new and couldn’t ensure it is in to a success
SYSTEMS WORK. PEOPLE FAIL.
I obtained into this industry after which made my first million in that space, i went on to build millions more Beyond this space, so again systems work, people fail.
When i was a newbie and i’d follow these so called Big Marketers always looking down and talking shit about home-based businesses and such, it might create a lot controversy within me and cause friction. Sometimes i wouldn’t might like to do anything because i felt what is going to my friends think of me and just what will those big marketers think about me…
Then i basically said Screw Em.
I’ll do a few things i want
And that’s when i had been a millionaire.
I’d just take them out from my entire life, now i ignore them - mainly really because their words have no impact or no value if you ask me.
AKA i couldn’t give a shit about the subject.

Lesson 13 : Superhuman Protection With the Only 1 Finite Resource
Ahhh yes, that one - it’s why i don’t meet random people for tea, coffee or lunches. Even though they shell out the dough.
No it’s not because i’m arrogant but i’m a lot better than anyone, cos i’m not.
It’s because i’m protective of my most valuable, scarce resource : TIME.
I value time so much, where i don’t like to waste it on something that doesn’t fulfil me.

After travelling alot, i’ve seen a lot of people just aren’t in “touch” using their families, their siblings and so i developed a very conscious decision to generally be devoted to be around my children, serve them well. I’m very grateful on their behalf.
Even with little nowadays, my children gives me a great deal richness and joy.
